Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Pinnacle FlightTech Solutions, LLC ("PFTS", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on www.nexusfo.com (the "Marketing Site") and through Nexus Flight Operations ("Nexus FO" or the "Service"). Nexus FO is a product of PFTS, whose company-wide policy is published at www.pinnacleflighttech.com/privacy.

The Service has its own administrator-facing privacy controls and data-processing notices that govern customer data submitted into it. This policy covers the Marketing Site and PFTS as the operator of the Service; product-specific notices supplement it.

2. Information We Collect on the Marketing Site

The Marketing Site is a static informational site. It does not require an account and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only personal information we collect through the Marketing Site is what you choose to send us, for example when you email contact@pinnacleflighttech.com. That email and its contents are received by our staff and retained as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of the conversation.

3. Information Collected by the Service

When you or your organization use Nexus FO, the Service collects the information needed to provide it, for example account and contact details, operational records (reservations, flights, invoices, training and safety records), and audit logs. The administrator at your organization controls who has access. Service-specific notices and your organization's subscription agreement govern how that data is used.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The Marketing Site does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, or run analytics or advertising trackers. Standard server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) may be retained briefly for security and operational diagnostics.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies as needed to operate (for example, a session cookie for authenticated access). Those are described within the Service.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of third parties to operate our business and the Service. These include:

• Fiserv (CardPointe): card and ACH bank payment processing for Service subscriptions and, where an organization enables it, for payments its members make within the Service. Fiserv receives the payment-method information entered in its secure payment form: the card number, expiration date and billing ZIP code, or the bank routing and account numbers and account holder's name. PFTS does not receive or store full card or bank account numbers. We keep the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration date or account type, and a record of each payment authorization (its text, the time it was given, and the IP address and browser it came from) for as long as the law and the payment networks require.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: hosting, storage, email delivery, and operational monitoring.
• Flight-data and weather providers: aircraft position and weather data shown within the Service, where an organization enables those features.

We require these providers to handle information in accordance with applicable law and to use it only to provide services to us.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, secure, and improve the Marketing Site and the Service;
• respond to inquiries you send us;
• communicate operational and product updates to administrators of customer accounts;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we hold, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive fields at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data within the Service is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To exercise a right, email contact@pinnacleflighttech.com. For information held within the Service on behalf of an organization, please direct your request to that organization's administrator; they control the data and we act under their direction.

10. Children

The Marketing Site and Service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International Visitors

PFTS is based in the United States. By using the Marketing Site or Service, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email and the new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
